Sweepstakes Rules

ELIGIBILITY.
The VWSailing Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to all who are 18 years of age or older as of the start date of the Sweepstakes. Entrant must have internet access and a Facebook account in good standing as of the start date. The Sweepstakes is sponsored by WVSailing Ltd ("Sponsor"). Employees and representatives of Sponsor, Advertising Partners (collectively the “Sweepstakes Entities"), their distributors, contractors, agents, or any of the participating sponsors, and the subsidiaries, affiliates and parent companies of such entities and the members of the immediate families or household of such individuals are not eligible. The "Sweepstakes Period". Void where prohibited by law.
MANDATORY FACEBOOK DISCLOSURE.
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. You are providing your information to Sponsor and not to Facebook. The information you provide will only be used for administering this sweepstakes and for marketing purposes in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy, located at www.wvsailing.co.uk.
PROMOTION PERIOD.
The Sweepstakes begins April 1, 2011 at 9:00 AM UTC and ends April 30, 2011 at 9:00 AM UTC. During the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor will conduct 1 sweepstakes, where winner will be randomly selected to win the Grand Prize (“Grand Prize Drawing”).
HOW TO ENTER.
Online entries only. Only one (1) entry per natural person. To enter, please access the Sponsor’s page on Facebook located at www.facebook.com/WouterVerbraakSailing, and then click on the “Like” button (if you have previously ‘liked” the Sponsor’s Facebook Page, you will not be required to repeat this action for entry). If a Facebook permissions box opens, you must click “yes” to allow the application to access your information described on the box. A separate form page will appear where you will be required to input certain information including your first and last name, a valid mailing address, phone number and email address. Submit your entry form according to the instructions on the screen to complete your entry in the Sweepstakes. You will not be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes by only clicking on the “Like” button. The order of these steps may vary.
Entries must be received no later than April 30, 2011 at 9:00 AM UTC as determined by the computer time on Sponsor’s server. Entrants must provide valid information and all information requested to be eligible to win. Sponsor is not responsible for late, incomplete, unreadable, void, corrupted, garbled, misdirected, or otherwise unintelligible Entries and for any problems, bugs or malfunctions Entrants may encounter when submitting their entry. Incomplete, garbled, corrupted or otherwise illegible entries are void and will not be accepted. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Persons discovered entering under several names will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify false entries or entries suspected of being false. Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a Selected Sweepstakes Entrant, the Selected Entrant will be deemed to be the person in whose name the e-mail account governing the e-mail address was opened.
In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible.
ODDS.
Odds of winning depends on the total number of eligible entries received.
DRAWINGS AND NOTIFICATION.
All qualified entries will be entered into a random drawing on or around April 30, 2011 for a prize.
